Update services carry a one-hour minimum.
Our web update service is standard text, graphics and links.
All content must be supplied in typed format by email, cd or
flash drive.
We bill audio and video updates on a case-by-case basis.
Updates do not include site re-structure or redesign.
Graphics /Photo’s must be web ready and supplied by the client.
We scan and return photographs upon site completion.
Plans are available for audio and
video updates. Updates do not include site
re-structure or new pages.
Consulting, Update fee and Graphic fee
Hourly $35.00
Prepaid $45.00 (two updates per month)
Graphics $75.00/hr (adjusting/ altering backgrounds etc.)
Update Details
Our Web Update service is standard text, graphic additions and
hyperlink corrections. We crop and resize graphics as part of
the standard update. Graphic creation, adjusting and altering is
billed hourly $75.00/hr. We assist with concept designs. All
content must to be supplied on disk or via email. Plans are
available for audio and video updates. Updates do not include
site re-structure or new pages.
Fees are based per hour with a one hour minimum. Clients are
responsible for providing update material and specific location
for content. Location for new content must be explained in
detail when material is delivered. We provide 48hr update
services for clients and next day for prepaid clients when
content is received by 11:00 a.m. based on the amount of
content. We reserve the right to adjust update times due to
content issues.
Updates received Saturday will post the following Monday
evening. Normal updates are processed by 8:00 p.m. New clients
must provide username and password for site access. We charge a
one time $70 processing fee for new clients. Web counsel is
provided for site online marketing strategy at our hourly rate.
Our prepaid updates do not carry over from month to month.
Payment for prepaid service falls due on the 15th of the month
for the upcoming month. Statements are emailed the last day of
every month. We do not accept verbal update request. We do not
provide updates on any government recognized holiday. Our fee’s
are subject to change with new web developments. We accept
online credit card payments through PayPal®.

ABSOLUTELY! Sites with high traffic change
daily. Daily changes may not suit your business needs, but the
minimum should be monthly updates. Some static areas on a site will
remain unchanged. However good web development provides areas to
keep viewers coming back. With the news feeds and automatic systems
available site information can change with minimal effort.
